Verified many times via the third-party link to my student portal. Account status shows verified, however, no purchase is allowed for many days. And there was no error msg, or any kind of reminder for any kind of further verification. It always shows that they only require simple and easy verification. Until I sent a help request, the CSR required my student ID. Why should I show you my student ID via email attachment? Why should anybody provide this company any form of ID via unsecured email attachment?
If this is a legit business, then what kind of business can be called a scam?!
