I just got enrolled in school and received my student ID, student email, and admissions email. I was unable to verify my account through the app so I reached out to them and let me tell you they have been SO UNHELPFUL. I provided them with everything they asked for just for them to come back and say that my documents are not eligible for verification?? Like wdym? I literally provided them with EVERYTHING and they said they can't verify my student status. Not even talking about how they denied what they said in a previous email. Like are you kidding me? They called my admission email an 'offer letter', which is not what it is. I am literally in college. I wasn't just offered being a student. I am a student. I have been trying for days to verify my account, but they have not been helpful at all. I was so excited to benefit from the student discounts, but UNIDAYS suck. So does their customer service.

Absolutely appalling. Won't work from home computer nor college. Only connected via a huge Apple store, but then refused to acknowlege the account it said i had. I tried to send to cusotomer support BUT IT WOULD NOT SEND. So I cannot complain, cannot access, cannot call, and cannot email. WHAT A BUNCH OF CR*P

I sent them everything they asked for and was told that they need more from me. I feel that they are phishing and not really doing any services to benefit their customers. Don't waste you time with them. I have contacted my School several times asking for what this idiots needed, My School advised me to stop sending Unidays any more of my information because of risk of fraud.

Incredibly frustrating experience trying to get verified. I have sent everything they asked for, my official enrollment letter, proof of payment, id card, and even a screenshot of courses I’m enrolled in, but every time they deny me and send a copy of the same exact email response back to me. I was trying to get the Verizon student discount but this is a joke and I’ve wasted enough time. Horrible customer service, as you can tell by the fact that they respond to every one of these reviews by saying to contact their help email, which we have all already been doing and getting NOWHERE.

Verified many times via the third-party link to my student portal. Account status shows verified, however, no purchase is allowed for many days. And there was no error msg, or any kind of reminder for any kind of further verification. It always shows that they only require simple and easy verification. Until I sent a help request, the CSR required my student ID. Why should I show you my student ID via email attachment? Why should anybody provide this company any form of ID via unsecured email attachment? If this is a legit business, then what kind of business can be called a scam?!

The worst most frustrating company I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. Seriously, I’ve never even written a review, but the way this company conducts their customer service is so disgustingly horrible it’s a disgrace to capitalism and a mockery to the world of business as a whole, so I had to write this. Do not use this company. They will not help you with any issues, just send you endless emails with links that don’t fix any of your problems, and they refuse to pick up the phone and talk out any issues. The amount of hours I’ve wasted simply trying to renew my student membership with Apple Music is despicable.

They ended my subscription with them because my School does not provide experation dates on the ID cards. In undergrad I never had an ID card with an expiration date. Now that I am furthering my education, it is the same situation. After battling them they would not verify my email address, yet continually send me emails to the email address “they can’t verify.” It’s very frustrating because there’s literally nothing I can do, and they will not work with me. I’ve never know a higher learning institution to have the expiration date on ID cards. High school yes, but college? Maybe many schools have changed that, but mine hasn’t.

It seemed to me like someone is going phishing. I have been thinking about that a lot of people are being mine for this data to sell to the highest bidder, so i gather. I all so far below the poverty line I gotta steal freaking toilet paper from the conservation areas 🤔, hadn't happened yet, but i do have a contingency plan you see. It seems like my school, yes i am going to throw em under the bus, CTU, are responsible for most of robo callers of their own tech team. Least to my number anyways. Oh i did give them a few 🌟 because well, they are out there taking what the hell that they want. At least they putting in some kind of effort. Mostly kids are going to be at the house in the room playing video games. As closing i must say that video games are not the issue in this little world. It's the Alienware of the time. Ta da!

simply doesn't work. waste of time. Although I've been recognised, every time I try to purchase something this message comes up: "Page Not Found We couldn't find the page you requested. If you clicked a link to get here, it's likely that the page has moved or no longer exists. Otherwise there might be a typing error in the address."

Terrible experience!!!! Scam!!Tried to get my uni rebate for Costco and it was one of the most infuriating situations. Sent several methods to confirm I am currently an actively enrolled student only to be denied. Brett went back and forth with me via email telling me I need to send something with an expiry date. I can't control the fact that my school doesn't issue expiry dates on our ID cards. I sent a scanned page of my current enrollment with my name, the institution, semester and year as requested by the first agent. That still wasn't sufficient!!! What a scam! Seems like they are out to make it so hard for you that you will just give up on getting the voucher. What a terrible company and horrible customer service.
