Terrible experience!!!! Tried to get my uni rebate for Costco and it was one of the most infuriating situations. Sent several methods to confirm I am currently an actively enrolled student only to be denied. Brett went back and forth with me via email telling me I need to send something with an expiry date. I can't control the fact that my school doesn't issue expiry dates on our ID cards. I sent a scanned page of my current enrollment with my name, the institution, semester and year as requested by the first agent. That still wasn't sufficient!!! What a scam! Seems like they are out to make it so hard for you that you will just give up on getting the voucher. What a terrible company and horrible customer service.
