The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that if your voucher expires, the promotional value expires but the paid value does not. The Vue broke the law telling me I have lost my money. I even told them it was for disabled people and they told me there is nothing they can do. Absolutely disgusting and will be reported to Trading Standards and the media.
