I ordered a $600 chalkboard and paid an additional $200 in shipping. I had no reason to suspect that with such a steep delivery fee that my chalkboard would arrive damaged. The box looked unharmed. It took about a month to receive and then I left on a trip for two weeks. I opened the box upon returning and to my astonishment there was a huge gouge in the middle of the chalkboard. I immediately shared my disappointment with the company. After a week and a half of back and forth with pictures and such they informed me that I waited too long to file a claim and I was stuck with my large damaged chalkboard. There was nothing they would do for me. I am extremely disappointed.
