Had to have a white board delivered THREE times. The first two were completely unusable - the first was peeling apart at the bottom and also looked like someone had taken a sledge hammer to the middle. The second appeared bent and peeling in two corners with multiple large dents. The third still had multiple small dents in it, but as I had to cut it down a bit I accepted it. If they are going to charge $200+ for shipping I expect a better protected product and actual effort on their part to make sure their product arrives in good condition. The box arrives with minimal padding around the edges only. Photos of dents from third delivery.
