I am really disappointed with the customer service from Nadine Merabi. The first dress I received was damaged and whilst they swiftly sent a second, my second return has not been processed properly. I am therefore outstanding a refund for over 30 days despite a 7 day policy. These are very expensive items and it’s stressful to be trying to chase a large refund sum which I am owed!
