I could not be happier with the customer service I have received, in particular from Dovile at Nadine Merabi! Due to Covid, I have waited 2 years to celebrate my 21st birthday, and in complete excitement ordered my birthday outfit as soon as we entered this year and knew the party could go ahead. I have since lost a stone and the outfit was too big!! I contacted Nadine Merabi to get some advice on whether the size down would fit, or I was best sticking with my current size and getting it altered - I spoke with Dovile who confirmed the size down would fit, and an exchange was arranged for me despite being out of the return time. I spoke with Dovile on Friday 1st April, and received the new size on Tuesday 5th April - the efficiency in resolving my issue was incredible. I am beyond grateful for Dovile's assistance - my birthday outfit has been saved and the advised size fits PERFECTLY. I would recommend Nadine Merabi to anybody considering a purchase - both the quality of the items and the customer service is second to none! I can't wait to purchase from here again ❤️
