I am leaving a 1 star review because I have not received my thousand dollar refund yet. My package was delivered to Nadine merabi within 8 days of me receiving the package. And it has been more than 14 days since the package was returned. My second order, however, was already refunded, which makes no sense since this first order was received first. It is very disappointing to not receive this large amount of money back in a timely fashion, or at least within the amount of time that is stated in their return policy. I followed the return policy instructions, and expect a luxury brand to do the same.
