The customer service is fantastic. I ordered a dress (very last minute) and required delivery ASAP - sooner than the estimated time of delivery stipulated on site. I contacted customer service and explained my dilemma and that I required the dress for a special occasion. Emily replied to my email within a matter of hours and escalated my request for a priority delivery which was accommodated. I have received further personal updates from Emily herself regarding the status of my order & delivery. I have purchased high end dresses before and have never received service as good at this. I would highly recommend and can’t wait to purchase again!
