I was about to order a few dresses to check sizing etc, but before proceeding, I sought clarity on your return fees. To my shock, customer service informed me that this information is withheld due to ‘store policy.’
This lack of transparency is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect clear and accessible information regarding return costs to make informed purchasing decisions. The refusal to disclose such fundamental details raises concerns about your commitment to customer service.
After a few emails back and forth I have been unable to obtain clear information about return fees, therefore I will have no choice but to take my business elsewhere.
