I returned my order weeks ago using Nadine Merabi’s official returns portal (JJD149990200069926308), yet I have still not received my money back. Customer service has not resolved this. According to the policy, refunds should be processed within 5–10 working days after receipt, but this has clearly not happened.
I am very disappointed with how difficult it is to get a simple refund for a returned item.
