Yesterday, i made a payment by e-transfer as required but i did not receive an email to confirm my order. I wrote to customer service but they say the order has been sent and provided a tracking number. The order is still in my cart as if i had not paid it. The tracking number indicates that the sender has created a shipping label for the item, does this mean the item was received by the post office? Why don’t i receive a email to confirm the transaction? I would just like to know if the order has in fact been sent. It’s been more than 24 hours since the payment was made.
