“They stole me and charge my order 2 times Becafull am not they only one !!! And i try send the confirmation of both order and they say call the bank they refund you but the problème is they accepte my credit card and after the trensfert And they answer is we never take the trensfert. They shuld be close this compagny. Were we can call too bug them???? And make them close?”

“I've had both good and bad. Highly professional and absolutely dishonest or maybe just lazy SOB's who treat custmers like idiots, as well as the possible hacking issues mentioned by others, like their business is under constant surveillance by thieves and info poachers, maybe internally. Buyer beware as the saying goes. Usually rot starts at the top and like is attracted to like.”

“attempted to order on sept 4 2024. their computer problems caused a double order which crashed my card amount. then my card was hacked. they must have a hacker watching their online purchasers. BEWARE. no prompt service as advertised. 24 hr later brought a denial of my purchase while i was still out $190.00 while attempting a purchase from them. little effort on their behalf. their bud quality is rather low.”

“They keep on changing their etrans address I have 3 different addresses on my bank app , I sent two transfers both were not excepted they changed again . I’m an older gent and sending etransfer is difficult . Too unstable to use I found someone closer”

“I had created an account with them and referred a friend. He got $40 off and my account was credited $40 for doing so. I went to go spend my money hear and my $40 credit and my account no longer exists. I have been going back and forth with their so called customer service for 6 hours. They aren’t very helpful. I have asked for the owner. That is ignored. I have found the items I am interested in at other places for significantly less. This company is a joke! Spend your money elsewhere if”

“You guys are blasting the THC out of your $$$$ full price flowers/buds. It tastes bad, burns bad and looks and smells bad. No crystals. I know blasted buds when I see them. I would understand if it's the highly discounted stuff, but not advertised as $$$$. Dissapointed. At least it was shipped quickly.”

“First of all we ordered sour bubba and apparently they were out so they substituted it with a cbd strain. How the hell is that even remotely close to an equivalent strain? Second it's green and and smells horrible. Naked needs to do better.”

“Quality of weed, mediocre and lacking crystal or scent. (sh_tty effects) Second purchase, bought near $400 (all my available money) for 4.5oz while on assistance and in severe need of it to control conditions I won't get into, on the 12th of March 2024. I got confirmation of the order at 5:15pm Atlantic time making them receiving it at 1:15pm ON THE 12TH!!!. It is now the 15th and my package is coming on MONDAY THE 18TH!!! NEVER AGAIN!! Last night at 11pm Atlantic, it was still not showing Canada Post to have received anything but the confirmation of the package. I wake today on the 15TH now, and it says Monday the 18th by end of day. WTF???? There are several addresses listed for this questionable operation, not a business in my eyes. One on Hastings in Van, and one at 530 16th street New Westminister. DO NOT TRUST YOUR CASH WITH THESE HACKS!!!!”

“Second time now I attempted to get a good deal only to have the website freeze on me. I contact them with no satisfaction. They tell me the deal ran out. Just tried again with same issue. It’s still spinning now l want to buy the dope that the guy is smoking, who screwing with my ability to make a payment lol.”

“I placed order on June 16th, 4 days later still not processed although they sure took the payment right away. This is not my first issue with them but was willing to give it another shot. I cancel order when I learn that they didn't even notice it hadn't processed unit I emailed them. I cancel order as so frustrated that there is no one to speak to, you just have to hope they will email back. Here I am June 29th, still no refund. Over $100.00 --shop elsewhere!”

“I’ve been a loyal customer for 2 years now Great product, great prices. Always friendly customer service. The only complaint I have is with your Delivery carrier. I would strongly suggest adding another delivery service option. Cause I would take it EVERYTIME over Canada post. Canada post has probably cost you customers, they don’t care what happens to our packages, they never update trackers, they are always late. Whenever you talk to customer service they hang up on you, or end chat without ver answering your questions. This probably hinders a lot of your clientele. Canada post is PROBLEMATIC, and they need to be replaced. They are 5e worst and it’s making me think about not even ordering cause of CANADA POST. So is it worth loosing customers cause of a business that couldn’t bother doing their job properly. Something you guys need to think about.”
