“Very happy with my first purchase from them. Quality products and no issues with order. I only removed one star because I found shipping time slow. In the day of two-day delivery thanks to Amazon, 7 days for delivery is far too long. Otherwise, top notch service.”

“We ordered product Tuesday August 31 so we were sure to get the order by Friday Sept 3....so we could get the discount due to the long weekend. The order was through etransfer. Sent the etransfer and a member of naked contacted me to cancel the transfer and change the name to where it was going. I did as asked but it cost out of pocket to cancel the etransfer. Redid as instructed; next morning I checked my order and it was CANCELLED. WHY??? Emailed again and got a message back that the billing department was looking into it and I definitely will NOT lose my discount. Long story short finally went through but product didnt arrive until Sept 7. We have been with Naked April and their distribution has gone down hill. The product and price is awesome but their distribution and billing department are lacking. Seems the billing department doesnt like etransfer. If I used a credit card the order would have been done in good time.”

“Naked Cannabis offers a great selection of high quality products. Products are discreetly packaged and usually received 2-3 days after order. I have purchased flower, vape cartridges and edibles. I love the choice and website gives detailed info and reviews on products.”

“So far this is one of the best places to get anything. Customer service is excellent. I live in Ontario and I have my order within a couple of days, which I think is great! Their CBD products are very good and it was them that told me to do 1-1 so the munchies wouldn't be so bad. I just wish they had sugar free as I am a diabetic.”

“They do not put a disclaimer on their candy saying it can melt into the package, making it almost impossible to peel off and consume when ordered and shipped in hot weather. Also takes away from me having to portion control my consumables. I just wanted to give my feedback but customer service was having no responsibility on still selling and shipping these items during hot weather, as I was told its my fault for not checking the weather. I didn't ask for anything they gave me STORE Credit and told me it was still consumable. Sure it would be still consumable if it was possible too not get the goo everywhere or it would hardly scrap off the packaging after putting it in the fridge, that's how much it melted. Also threw it back in my face they gave me a refund...... It's store credit. It's not go good if I don't come back. So over all waste of my money, because they don't disclose purchasing these items in hot weather, having no control over tne weather or how the postal service works, just wipes their hands clean of the goo that arrives at your door.”

Our team is instructed to offer a refund to the original payment method or in store credit or a replacement. If our team failed to offer you a refund to your original payment method, please reach out to me directly: jpatterson@nakedcannabis.co Also - we have a huge warning on the checkout page that explains there may be risks when ordering gummies during the summer months and that we offer a refund or replacement if the gummies arrive melted. Perhaps you should read that part of the checkout page next time. James

“I just experienced my first purchase with naked cannabis. It was my first E transfer ever done. And I ordered almost $500 worth of items. When I receive my personal, it was shorted $69 with the product. They did not even inform me that they shorted me until the package arrived to my doorstep and I opened it. All they offered back with a $69 credit or they can send me the money but then I would have to wait three weeks to get the money that they ripped me off on. Their offer on the first time purchase a 20% off the full purchase. But because they rip me off $69 plus taxes I didn’t even get close to 20% off on top of that. Now the only solution to me is to use an in-store credit of $69, but they won’t cover the shipping because it’s not over $150 worth of items. Does this make any sense at all to anybody here yet. So I am very disappointed I feel I’ve been belittled discriminated against and thrown out like a piece of garbage because I wouldn’t pay over the credit to get the money that he owed me. But yet they will not cover my shipping. Does this make any sense to anybody here ? So I really feel used and been taken advantage of by a company that I thought was reputable. But all they’ve done in the past two days of me corresponding. Is throw me out like a piece of garbage. So do not ever deal with a horrible company like this they should be ashamed of themselves for ripping me off and not even give me my 20% off now. Plus they rip me off $69 plus taxes which I’m gonna have to now wait three weeks to get back into my account. So anybody who is reading this please do not do business with these people. You do not care about nothing but the money out of your pocket and that’s it. They don’t care if they discriminate belittle and force you to do and make a decision , The only benefits them. What an absolute horrible company I am so ashamed and I feel horrible that my first E transfer I got ripped off on. Do not do business with naked cannabis horrible horrible business. They treat hard-working people like garbage and dust and just ready to sweep them out because they didn’t rip me off even more. And I will let you know if I even get the money sent back a horrible business”
