“I've been dealing with them for a couple years. They always got great deals and if there is ever a problem they correct it and fast . “Starting to think this place is a scam.. Been almost 7 weeks waiting on a product. They say it keeps getting lost by Canada Post. I'm out almost $225 for an ounce. I reached out again yesterday. I got the same reply Canada post has lost my product again lol.. Will resend again lol. Funny last time it got lost 2hours from my house this time it never made out of naked cany's home town hmmmm. Something does not seem right here.. Will keep you all posted.. Kat”

Hi Ron/Kat, Sorry about the experience you've had so far! It looks like both your previous order AND your replacement order have both successfully delivered to your residence. Unfortunately Canada Post loses packages sometimes and it's completely out of our control. The only thing we can do is re-ship it for you. James

“What went wrong you ask? Where do I start?! Back on Jan 20, 2022 I ordered 2 ounces of Grease monkey! First 2 got 'lost' via Canada post.....I reached out and asked what was going on and how I wanted a refund! Just to be told, 'we can send another 2 out to you or be given a online credit for the store!' I took the option to have another 2 sent out to me, just to receive 1 ounch instead of the 2! I was told about this sight by a fellow cannabis user who never had a issue with ordering!!! I will be finding another website that I can order my ounces at a reasonable price and with a creditable back ground. If you like to loose product or to be told no this is what we will offer you, then please order from naked!”

Hi Khristina, I reached out to you by email with a solution to hopefully mend our relationship. What happened with the lost package is irregular however it happens, as once we ship the package, it is in Canada Post's hands. Our staff did take the appropriate steps which are to replace or refund. Unfortunately, our staff made a mistake (as do all humans), and entered in 1x ounce replacement instead of 2x ounce replacement. James

We package your order and drop it off at Canada Post and it is in their hands after that. All of our orders are guaranteed and we reship them if they get lost. Your refund was processed this morning and our support team replied to all of your tickets promptly.
