Quality of weed, mediocre and lacking crystal or scent. (sh_tty effects) Second purchase, bought near $400 (all my available money) for 4.5oz while on assistance and in severe need of it to control conditions I won't get into, on the 12th of March 2024. I got confirmation of the order at 5:15pm Atlantic time making them receiving it at 1:15pm ON THE 12TH!!!. It is now the 15th and my package is coming on MONDAY THE 18TH!!! NEVER AGAIN!! Last night at 11pm Atlantic, it was still not showing Canada Post to have received anything but the confirmation of the package. I wake today on the 15TH now, and it says Monday the 18th by end of day. WTF???? There are several addresses listed for this questionable operation, not a business in my eyes. One on Hastings in Van, and one at 530 16th street New Westminister. DO NOT TRUST YOUR CASH WITH THESE HACKS!!!!

When products went on sale a few days after i placed my order, the company wouldn't refund me the difference in price - even though my order hadn't even shipped yet. Really poor customer service, and I will not be ordering again.

Ordered on a Tuesday and its Saturday and still waiting, I should never have tried a new spot. Ruining my thanksgiving weekend. I won’t purchase from them ever again.

Au debut tout etait bon et de semaine en semaine je me suis mis a recevoir du weed avec des seed ou tellement de branches et sec pas fumable je leurs ai dit ok ont vas t arranger de quoi il m ont renvoyer la meme merde donc depuis ce jour je n achete plus sut ce site moi qui acheter genre minimum 8 onces par mois je sait je fume beaucoup

I placed order on June 16th, 4 days later still not processed although they sure took the payment right away. This is not my first issue with them but was willing to give it another shot. I cancel order when I learn that they didn't even notice it hadn't processed unit I emailed them. I cancel order as so frustrated that there is no one to speak to, you just have to hope they will email back. Here I am June 29th, still no refund. Over $100.00 --shop elsewhere!

Close to 2 weeks late again. $20 discount offered but no refund offered. Canada Post guarantees 3 day service yet it is always way over a week. I'm done! No more for me. Go to your local dispensary that way NO disappointments.

Yesterday, i made a payment by e-transfer as required but i did not receive an email to confirm my order. I wrote to customer service but they say the order has been sent and provided a tracking number. The order is still in my cart as if i had not paid it. The tracking number indicates that the sender has created a shipping label for the item, does this mean the item was received by the post office? Why don’t i receive a email to confirm the transaction? I would just like to know if the order has in fact been sent. It’s been more than 24 hours since the payment was made.

I ordered and received a message from naked on may.16 they said it was shipped. The email with the tracking number said may 17. Today is may 18. There was no movement when I checked the tracking number this morning. Then when I checked the tracking at around 4pm it said the item was delivered. To my surprise when I checked nothing was there. I contacted Canada Post and they created a ticket and said to contact the seller which I did and all they can tell me is wait. This will be the last time I ever order from this place. So now I'm out of $60. No product and being told to wait. I will never order from naked again. I lost my money and no product. Do not order from here unless u have money to throw away

Hi Natasha, Unfortunately, Canada Post loses packages sometimes. This is why we offer guaranteed shipping - if it doesn't arrive or it gets lost or stolen, we will refund or reship your package. I can see that we refunded you after the package was confirmed lost and you placed another order again 16 hours ago. James

Would not order from Naked Cannabis again. Still waiting with no ETA on a package that was originally due a week ago. I do not live in a remote area... Canada post has confirmed this was due to not receiving from the shipper in time (or at all?). I asked for clarification to Naked and did not receive a clear answer... On top of this, I was double charged by the order (which I still haven't received) - thankfully the secondary charge was caught by my bank and later refunded. All in all, fairly disappointed with their lack of customer service given I'm a repeat customer and have now had multiple issues with this order between the double charge and seemingly lost or unshipped package.

Hi Mitch, I just reached out to you through our email thread. Your package was dropped off and scanned in Richmond, BC on May 2nd (the day you ordered). This scan proves that Canada Post received the package and left our hands. As for the double charge; sometimes there is an authorization charge that stays pending for a few days and is on your bank to clear it in a timely manner. I apologize if you think our customer service was lacking. Our team replied to you the same day that you reached out (May 4th) asking for more information on the double charge and you didn't reply to our request until May 11th. Our team replied on May 11th that your package had an update (which you can also see in the online tracking via Canada Posts website). All packages are insured and we will happily replace them if they are deemed lost. We also have thousands of packages going out each month, it would take a lot of resources to monitor each package and their shipping status - which is why we reply on both Canada Posts tracking history and the customer. Again, our sincerest apologies for the experience you received and we hope that your next order is with us.

What went wrong you ask? Where do I start?! Back on Jan 20, 2022 I ordered 2 ounces of Grease monkey! First 2 got 'lost' via Canada post.....I reached out and asked what was going on and how I wanted a refund! Just to be told, 'we can send another 2 out to you or be given a online credit for the store!' I took the option to have another 2 sent out to me, just to receive 1 ounch instead of the 2! I was told about this sight by a fellow cannabis user who never had a issue with ordering!!! I will be finding another website that I can order my ounces at a reasonable price and with a creditable back ground. If you like to loose product or to be told no this is what we will offer you, then please order from naked!

Hi Khristina, I reached out to you by email with a solution to hopefully mend our relationship. What happened with the lost package is irregular however it happens, as once we ship the package, it is in Canada Post's hands. Our staff did take the appropriate steps which are to replace or refund. Unfortunately, our staff made a mistake (as do all humans), and entered in 1x ounce replacement instead of 2x ounce replacement. James

Ordered a week in advance to make sure I had it for my birthday as someone recommended the site to me and today its my birthday still nothing and no replys from naked canada other than check the tracking again I just want a refund I don't want the weed anymore have it sent back and give me my money im just disappointed never again

I didn’t get what I ordered asked for a refund had to fight for it eventually they told me I would get it in 14 days, month later no refund. Terrible customer service.

They sent me a bad product then said they would give me points to get something else so I picked a product that was on sale then as soon as I tried to use the points the price went up 109 dollars so after trying to get it sorted out for many hours they said there was nothing they could do so now I am waiting for a refund so they left me with nothing for Christmas then tried to get me to accept less new product for my money extremely unpleasant experience they show no commitment to having happy satisfied customers they seem to be more interested in the all mighty dollar they made absolutely no effort to fix my issue they tried to tell me that it was because the sale had ended but my item was in the cart before the sale ended and the order summary said the sale price until I tried to use my points stay away from this place they don't care about you or if you have your medication for Christmas now will see how long it takes to be refunded

I ordered on Sept 27 and my tracking stopped at Richmond, BC and my package never arrived. It is usually 3-5 days. I had problems with"lost" packages with another dispensary which is why I came here. I have spent alot of money here but time to find a new place again I guess..15 dollars for express post and no package? I made another order yesterday and still no tracking info yet. Most likely the last order I make, I don't like throwing my money away

SLOWEST SHIPPING EVER. They like to blame Canada Post and covid because they're Aholes like that but I'm reality when it takes them 4-5 days to get your order to the post office that's not covids fault. The "FAST SHIPPING" should be removed from their site. They claim 2-3 day express shipping but again it takes them longer then that to process your order. Oh they'll take your money right away but that's the only "FAST" thing they do.

Hi Devin, Your order was placed on Labour Day @ 7:42PM PST (after hours). It was packed, shipped and dropped off to Canada Post the following day. Canada Post scanned your package the next day in Burnaby. I'm not sure where this "4-5 days to get your order to the post office" is coming from, as the proof is in your tracking. This is very normal shipping behaviour and much faster than most dispensaries. James

We ordered product Tuesday August 31 so we were sure to get the order by Friday Sept 3....so we could get the discount due to the long weekend. The order was through etransfer. Sent the etransfer and a member of naked contacted me to cancel the transfer and change the name to where it was going. I did as asked but it cost out of pocket to cancel the etransfer. Redid as instructed; next morning I checked my order and it was CANCELLED. WHY??? Emailed again and got a message back that the billing department was looking into it and I definitely will NOT lose my discount. Long story short finally went through but product didnt arrive until Sept 7. We have been with Naked April and their distribution has gone down hill. The product and price is awesome but their distribution and billing department are lacking. Seems the billing department doesnt like etransfer. If I used a credit card the order would have been done in good time.

They do not put a disclaimer on their candy saying it can melt into the package, making it almost impossible to peel off and consume when ordered and shipped in hot weather. Also takes away from me having to portion control my consumables. I just wanted to give my feedback but customer service was having no responsibility on still selling and shipping these items during hot weather, as I was told its my fault for not checking the weather. I didn't ask for anything they gave me STORE Credit and told me it was still consumable. Sure it would be still consumable if it was possible too not get the goo everywhere or it would hardly scrap off the packaging after putting it in the fridge, that's how much it melted. Also threw it back in my face they gave me a refund...... It's store credit. It's not go good if I don't come back. So over all waste of my money, because they don't disclose purchasing these items in hot weather, having no control over tne weather or how the postal service works, just wipes their hands clean of the goo that arrives at your door.
