I had placed order for Ceramic Car Coating Bottle on 13th Nov 2018. They charged US$19.99 on my card. Initially, their condition of delivery was 3/4 weeks. I wrote series of letter since Jan 2019. And guess what, no reply or no refund yet. As a customer, we shouldn't trust this company. If they don't refund $19.99 then what this company can do with us who ever placing order for more than a $100.00 ???? Its clear cut fraud they did with me.
