Customer service has an ok response time. Delivery time was horrible Item was ordered on 8/8 and was supposed to be shipped out by 8/11 and was shipped out a week later from the order date. I emailed them asking for an update on 8/13 and they still didn't ship it out until 8/15. Overall the customer exp has been horrible and I will never order from them again.
