Howard and Paul at the Springfield MA store were informative, caring, and patient when selling us our new pool during the multiple trips we made to the store over the past few months. They took the time to educate us on the differences of items and provided recommendations when faced with specific questions. It is evident that Howard and Paul truly care about helping their customers!! We are very happy with our experience at Namco Springfield and are looking forward to our install come spring!
