He checked his inventory to find the exact model we had, called other stores to check and see if replacement roofs were available and gave us options for potential new roof retailers as Namco does not have replacement roofs in their inventory. She was very knowledgeable and sweet, she was the perfect amount of sales person you want, not very pushy like other places, but right there for you when you need information and giving you the space you need as you're deciding. “1st - When I am told something is in stock I expect to bring it home with me not be told it will be shipped to me from the warehouse.
2nd I was told if I cancelled the order before the item shipped that I would receive full refund. Store dragged there feet canceling my order and by the time they did, days later the item had shipped. Store refused to refund the shipping cost. Not going to starve over $30 but its the point that they dragged there feet and dont stand behind there word!”
“was lead to believe a permit is an easy thing to get. Inform sales people that East Haven is not easy. several permits had to be taken out. Salesperson should make it clear that escavating is alot more money than expected. Shelled out 1000.00 more dollars than I expected.”
