From the moment we walked into the store, Ed was friendly, personable and patient with my wife and me as we asked several questions about a new roof for our gazebo we bought from Namco many years ago. He checked his inventory to find the exact model we had, called other stores to check and see if replacement roofs were available and gave us options for potential new roof retailers as Namco does not have replacement roofs in their inventory. The whole experience was quite amazing thanks to Ed. He truly knows what great customer service is and he is a credit to your company.”

“1st - When I am told something is in stock I expect to bring it home with me not be told it will be shipped to me from the warehouse.
2nd I was told if I cancelled the order before the item shipped that I would receive full refund. Store dragged there feet canceling my order and by the time they did, days later the item had shipped. Store refused to refund the shipping cost. Not going to starve over $30 but its the point that they dragged there feet and dont stand behind there word!”
“was lead to believe a permit is an easy thing to get. Inform sales people that East Haven is not easy. several permits had to be taken out. Salesperson should make it clear that escavating is alot more money than expected. Shelled out 1000.00 more dollars than I expected.”

“The manager matt and assistant manager Pedro were awesome the first day we went in the next day I went in to pay for pool the asst manager Pedro was all by himself the other person never showed up to work store was super busy and he handled himself very well I felt bad because the system they use when buying a pool is not user friendly and the line of customers kept growing for water tests I told him to take care of customers and I would wait around luckily I wasn’t in a rush however once back to me the computer was not cooperating so I agreed to leave and come back later in day which I did later in day after he called me back to store and he had every allset for me to pay and be allset store definitely needs more help especially on weekends”
“Be very careful when purchasing from this company. They do NOT stand by what they sell.
I ordered a Zodiac Nature2 Vision Pro system. My system did NOT contain a mineral cartridge.
The box clearly states that a mineral cartridge is included. I have spoken to other owners of the system who have confirmed that new units come with the mineral cartridge. I have seen other retailers who state that new units come with a mineral cartridge.
I contacted Namco Pools and they stated that it does not come with the system (though they make no mention on their website that that is not the case, and as I said, the box clearly states otherwise). They state that the website clearly states that it is only a system and that there is no cartridge (I disagree) and that they are not responsible for the failure to include a cartridge.
I could agree to disagree on the clarity of the website if they would simply provide a shipping label and a full refund (a very standard practice for online sales), but they refuse to provide a shipping label and cover the cost of the return shipping.
What a disappointing experience. I will not do business with them again AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND that others do so either.”
“This is my SECOND Jacuzzi purchase from Namco! I have been waiting a week for the technician to get back to me about the Jacuzzi remote app. I was told he would call Monday, then Wednesday. It is now Friday and I have not heard a word.
This is the second time I have had an issue with the remote system and getting it to work with WiFi. I was told the WiFi device would be installed prior to delivery; of course it was not. Then the device was I stalled but not tested. Now I am told I need a different device than the one they installed (a newer model). What is the problem with the technical support at Namco and why is it so POOR and people are unresponsive?”
“Our experience with Namco in Auburn MA was outstanding. Joe and Mike were fantastic - knowledgeable, supportive and patient. When our liner failed upon installation they worked to have it replaced in a timely manner. The installer was able to replace the liner in time for our July 4th vacation. I would highly recommend Namco of Auburn.”
