“Workers did a nice installation. I was confused by billing thought I pre paid for water and sidewall as it was asked of me at Namco. But I was suprised by a $900 bill at end.whatever”
“The experience of buying the pool was fine, but they left out important information regarding what we would need to hook up a heater, and the additional expense of everything was unexpected.
The people who came to deliver the pool, did damage to my private property and my landscaping and I called to report it, and the person who I spoke to said they were going to open a claim, but I never heard anything about it.
The people who came to install the pool were very unprofessional. They were smoking on my property and threw their cigarette butts in my yard. And they left behind eight empty drink bottles. They also were arguing and swearing at each other often on throughout the day.
I call to report this as an issue, and I was told that I was gonna hear back from someone and I never did.
It was clear to me that Namco cares about making the sale, but not about its customer satisfaction regarding delivery or install.
I wish I went to seasonal specialty stores.”
“The purchasing part of it was a good experience. However the pool was delivered to my driveway awaiting installation and we all the rain we have gotten I hope none of the items are damaged. Hopefully the installation will go ahead on 10/5”
“Sean was the best part of this experience. He was knowledgeable and delivered what he promised, but did not give us information on the pool heater that we purchased. He did not tell us it needed to be plumbed in and have an electrician do the work to wire it leading to exorbitant costs.
I was told I was going to be contacted by the corporate office because I called to complain that the delivery person did some damage on my property. I witnessed him doing it and yelled for him to stop but he kept trying to drive down my driveway with a huge truck and my driveway didn’t accommodate the truck, but he kept doing it anyway And hit some landscaping on the side of the driveway and ruined it. He tore up the grass, broke some of my solar lights, and as he was trying to get by some large boulders, he actually moved two of them at least 6 inches and we can’t move them back because they’re too heavy .
That brings me to the installers. They did work very hard. It was an 87° that day and I felt bad for them but they were a husband and wife and all they did was argue and fight and swear and smoke cigarettes. They left about eight or nine drink bottles behind.
If I was asked a question of what I referred Namco, the answer would be no. I would tell them to go to seasonal specialty stores.”
