“was lead to believe a permit is an easy thing to get. Inform sales people that East Haven is not easy. several permits had to be taken out. Salesperson should make it clear that escavating is alot more money than expected. Shelled out 1000.00 more dollars than I expected.”
“This is my SECOND Jacuzzi purchase from Namco! I have been waiting a week for the technician to get back to me about the Jacuzzi remote app. I was told he would call Monday, then Wednesday. It is now Friday and I have not heard a word.
This is the second time I have had an issue with the remote system and getting it to work with WiFi. I was told the WiFi device would be installed prior to delivery; of course it was not. Then the device was I stalled but not tested. Now I am told I need a different device than the one they installed (a newer model). What is the problem with the technical support at Namco and why is it so POOR and people are unresponsive?”
“dealing with namco in salem nh was fine, the install part was brutal. i wouldn’t recommend an install thru namco. a pool yes, an install NO. justine cain and his crew were awful. not professional. they left all the cardboard and
there lunch trash for us to discard the days they were here, i understand working out of a small honda accord is hard to take the trash but still, we paid for the install and not a headache. justin installed the skimmer wrong we had to have another namco guy fix. leaky valves and leaky connections from justin. they set the filter and pump base on dirt NOT leveled. i fixed it myself bought a precast pad and leveled everything myself. namco the store was fine they install crew is AWFUL. justin’ cains company Poseidon has TERRIBLE google reviews. everything people complain about on google we went thru…he sucks definitely not professional”
“i purchased this pump with the pool last fall and only completely installed in the last week or so and the pump already has a crack in the bottom
and leaking lots of water. This thing has barely been used so i don't understand why it's not covered under warranty”

“Initially we were happy with the service. Unfortunately we are still waiting for installer information such as license # and HIC registration to complete the building permit after multiple calls. We are also missing a receipt that is supposed to show a credit to us from the initial pool order.”
