I’ve been dealing with her Howard in the Springfield Massachusetts Namco facility for years. I have never met an amazing man as Howard the knowledge he has with chemicals in the advice. He’s given us over the years made my life with the Pool for over 25 years wonderful there should be more Howards at Namco. He can solve a problem in a second. His advice is always good. His personality is wonderful. I can’t say enough about him. Thank you for all you do.
