We were really happy with the quality of our order! It was packed so smartly in a little envelope that had all the instructions printed on the back, and included a small sheet of parchment for the iron-on labels so we had everything handy to apply them right away. The customer service is also outstanding—we realized that we needed to upgrade to the fastest processing/shipping right after ordering and Keri was so helpful and made the process seamless. After an issue with USPS tracking (not Name Bubbles' fault) she even checked in to make sure we'd received our order and that everything was good. We will definitely order from Name Bubbles again if we need more labels in the future!
