I live in NZ and purchased products from Napoleon Perdis on line direct from Australia. The web site is an easy site to get around. I needed to ask a question, and the on line chat was able to help me straight away. The purchas I made stated to allow up to 10 days for delivery - which given the uncertain times we are in with Covid thought that this time frame was pretty acceptable. Amazingly i received may parcel with 5 days. That was fantastic. Thank you Napolean.
