The products are great but customer service is terrible . I ordered on line and thought I would get the bonus cosmetics as I had ordered over the requirement and I never received it . I emailed the customer service with all my details and asked why and I have never heard back . Very disappointed and will think twice before ordering again .
Am looking for another brand to switch to.
