Maddie from castle towers was an angel, I had two bookings (2pm step daughter, 3pm me for two signature makeovers) at Napoleon David Jones in Castle Hill. After 20mins of waiting I rang the Napoleon kiosk and they explained they weren’t part of the David Jones team. However, Maddie went above and beyond, she took my number and said she would ring me back, she tried to get in touch with David Jones staff member, quickly reserved the last appointment at her kiosk for my step daughter and then rang her regional manager. Maddie was able to track down the David Jones staff member and I was able to have my makeup done there and my step daughter was done at Napoleon kiosk. Maddie also came to David Jones to make sure I was being looked after. I can’t thank Maddie enough for the care, consideration, and ownership she took of a problem that wasn’t hers. Maddie is outstanding and the castle towers kiosk team did an outstanding job on my step daughters makeup.
