Today I went into Parramatta Westfield Store. Absolutely amazing staff Cayla, who listened to me what I wanted, tried the products on my face which perfectly suited my dark skin. I was overwhelmed. Cayla is very professional, very good customer service, very polite and jolly person. Cayla ended up closing the sale. She is a great asset to this organisation.
