Make up is looking flawless which is much appreciated. However, staff spent the entire appointment talking about how much they hate their job, the business and complaining about customers. My staff member also half way through the appt put her hands down her pants to pull out her underwear then proceeded to apply my makeup. Also constantly stopped our appts to talk about hating their day and smelling candles someone brought in.
