I am a returning customer and have ordered from Napsgear 3 times in the past with no problem. This time, I sent over $230 after receiving my confirmation email with instructions and after that, they went ghost. No answering emails by replying to confirmation email OR through the site - and I sent 6 separate emails. Do NOT buy from this company!!!! They are in the Ukraine and you will never see your money OR any product!!!!
