There help service tickets are a joke! Live support is never on. I made 1 accidentally mistake on a $230 Order, took 2 weeks to get back to me only to find out I was burnt up on my $$. DON'T place orders with them, stuff happens & there costumers services are a joke. You won't get your money back or product if you make 1 simple mistake, that could be easily resolved. Hell, they won't even respond to any e mails. Always off line. Lesson learned. Horrible service, not like you can get a Hold of anyone & loose your money. F them
