I ordered about $278 worth of products from napsgear. Apparently my ordered was shipped and scanned as delivered. However the package was never delivered. Customer service immediately responded and said the package shows delivered which is proof that it was delivered to my door. Such bull! My first order from them was delivered no problem. I will not be ordering from them again. Such a scam and customer service sucks!!
