Strangely enough Napsgear has amazing customer service. Like, more efficient, friendly, and helpful than big name companies like Bose and Apple. The products are also great. I received everything I ever ordered, and it was all legit. Highly recommend ordering from Asia as the prices can’t be beat. Everything arrives very quickly (1 week domestic US, 2-3 weeks international). I don’t see a reason to ever order from anywhere else.
