I ordered something and had a change of heart due to ill health and requested a cancellation/refund. Despite cancelling within 3 days of ordering I was then informed that i couldn't have my money back and could have only store credit because it was not their "Mistake" which is no good to me. I've now been left with nothing and they have took my money.
