Been using Naps for most of a decade. I jump around between vendors on the site but Geneza has always been my main. Regardless of vendor though, it's always been a positive and user friendly experience. The addition of domestic vendors is HUGE. Greatly reducing shipping time. The one time a vendor didn't fully come through, Napsgear itself refunded me and pursued the issue themselves.
