I have been a loyal member of Naps for over 4 years. For starters their website is the most user-friendly website out there. Their customer service is top-notch and responds immediately. The payment process is easy. As far as their gear, I have extensively used many of their products from cycles to PCT. The shipping is incredibly fast especially domestic, it's at my door within days. I am a naps loyal customer for life.
