Napsgear is great. I ordered and paid with Ria. The money was picked up the next day. You can track everything on their website.
My order was sent out very quickly and I received it today. I just did my first injection 15 minutes ago so I can't say anything about the gear, but I'm sure it's fine. So far I'm very happy with Napsgear.
