Better customer service than most places, I have never had any difficulty receiving my shipped items .But on this last order my packages were lost so after I posted a ticket naps responded very fast and asked me after they more than fixed the order if i I WAS SATISFIED!!!!! That was awesome, and I will never purchase from any other supplier for this reason. If you are wondering if you are ordering from a good company or you are still skeptical throw that out of the window. I don’t work for naps but I have been ordering from them for over 5 years!!! Place your orders with confidence, just sit back and wait you are in good hands with napsgear!!!!
