Over the last 15+ years this company has always exceeded my expectations, and immediately resolved any issues that did arise. I believe it was during their busiest time of year so my orders was delayed past their 30 day guarantee delivery period. And no expense to myself. The recent the order both times and on both occasions the original orders arrived just a few days after that. They were incredibly kind and allowed me to keep the extra order both times.
