Placed my first order a few months ago and the process was simple. I ended up submitting a question online and the response was quick and helpful. They also have a great loyalty program. I am now a returning customer and have even recommended them to friends. Delivery wasn't too bad, given where it was coming from. The nice thing, was the tracking number was very accurate and showed you every step.
