Have been working with napsgear for a few years now and have always been happy with the service and excellence in their customer service. Products always come as described and haven't ever had any complaints about the gear or the service when it comes to naps. Service is above and beyond, any inquiry is always responded to quickly within an hour or two, even when a shipment was seized by customs they went to great lengths to redeliver the product which is now only about a days transit from delivery. Highly recommended.
