What a relief! I ordered from Napsgear for the first time after reading reviews. My shipment made it to USPS but then was lost and never delivered. I reached out to NG knowing it was not their fault, but just advising of the situation. I immediately got a reply email stating they would look into it. The following day they gave me the option of reshipping the product or a store credit. They reshipped, free of charge, and i received my order today! Great customer service. Thanks Amelia.
