1. Why was my shipment auto reshipped? I didn't initiate this. And as far as customs, this is a domestic shipment, hence customs not involved. I have origin shipment data from Melrose Park,IL. This is in the U.S. I understand when coming from Europe or India, but these packages have tracking information showing foreign origin. In the instance of this ship and reship the origin is Melrose Park, IL, USA. 2. After 10 years of dealing with Naps, I've never had this happen before. Why now on a domestic ship? Why did it take two weeks from the original ship date to reship? 3. Why does my shipment date go back to 2 to 4 weeks when I've already waited 3 weeks? I paid $25 for this poor service?
