I have been ordering from Napsgear.org for two years. Every order I placed went totally smooth. I received my order promptly with zero issues. The reviews for cash always gave me a discount so I was very happy to save money. Then on an order not log ago, my shipment got lost or was intercepted. It was a decent sized order so as you can imagine I was kinda freaking out a bit. So I submitted a ticket to customer support and I received a response very quickly. The person in that department was such a pleasant person and she looked into it and when it couldn't be located she issued store credit for the amount I paid. So many companies make it impossible in these situations. Not napsgear, they completely surprised me with their prompt and professional service and fixed my issue. Thank you!!
