I have been ordering from Naps for over 5 years now and never had an issue. The only time there was a problem was when a pacakge did not arrive due to customs issues. Naps resent the order and everything was fine after that.
All the products I've tried are good quality and legitimate. Just use a well known brand and it should be fine. Naps has plenty to choose from is the only store I will shop in for these products.
