Always quick to respond to questions, even when the customer gets confused and upset they maintain excellent professionalism. Only one reship that I can remember in 15 years and it was taken care of quickly as well. Excellent selection of brands and products, all I could wish for would be for them to carry sleeping pills and pain medicines( 25yrs pushing the iron takes a little toll sometimes) but that's not possible for them, i'm sure for a good reason.
