It's true that naps offers discounts for reviews(positive only, I imagine) but I have had only positive experiences with their products and service. This is my fifth order. One time, I purchased a product from a vendor and didn't see results at all. I told them and they refunded my money as credit. They realize how much money there is to be made with repeat customers and, in this industry in general. Never been burned. I like them.
