Napsgear is very legit and professional. I was a first-time buyer and very skeptical. I researched different sites and read on multiple sites that Napsgear has been around a very long time and seemed to have one of the best reputations around. Then Napsgear exceeded all expectations. Purchasing was very easy to the point I did not believe it, so I reached out to be sure my payment went through. Customer service got back to me within a few hours (I was very impressed) and was extremely polite and helpful. I ordered an international product and I received it in just over two weeks. Just a heads up, a tracking number was provided, but it was only for the US part of the shipping, so when I went to check the status for the first week or so, it said it was is a single location waiting for another shipping service to finish the international portion of the shipping. The product arrived in perfect condition. Napsgear does lab test a lot of the products they sell, but I wanted to be 100% certain because it was my first time buying from them. had a friend test if the product was exactly what was marketed. It may sound like a lie, but I have a friend to has the knowledge and ability to lab test. He said that the product was exactly what was marketed, but actually had just a little bit more (a very safe amount) than what was labeled. Regardless of who's measurement could have been slightly off, I was happy to hear that the product was 100% legit and there was nothing else in it. I will 100% be ordering from Napsgear again and will recommend it to others.
