I've ordered from naps many times, always successfully gotten my orders, and even in the event there was a mix up one time, naps handled the situation great, refunded my order and reshipped it. I have absolutely no complaints on anything I've ever received from them or the website itself, website is simple and easy to use, never struggle to find whatever I'm looking for.
